Oxport Playground wasn’t always what it is now.
For a long time, the court sat underused and overlooked — a space with potential, but no real energy behind it.
Over the past two years, that’s changed.
Through consistent use, programming, and presence, the court has been reactivated.
It’s now a place people return to — to play, to connect, to spend time.
What was once quiet is now part of a weekly rhythm.
Spaces like this don’t maintain themselves.
What brings a court to life — and keeps it that way — is consistent care, use, and attention.
Without that, it fades back into what it was.
